There's an association between the interfaces with a plugin so that you can quickly load SOLIDWORKS files into Abaqus. However no, it isn't integrated into SOLIDWORKS like what you see in the side pane for SOLIDWORKS PDM or 3DEXPERIENCE and there isn't a toolbar dedicated to Abaqus.
