    It's awesome that you're so devoted to your fitness training and lifestyle. Thank you for sharing your fitness journey with your community. Your physique really shows that you worked hard for it and hard work pays off. I wish you the best of success in the upcoming Meet even though i have confidence in you that you will do well at the upcoming Meet. Excellent flex poses at the beginning by the way. Also, it would be cool if you make your flex poses be part of your video Intro/outro per fitness video in the future.

      @@SuperSaiyan2NahumKai thank you! Those were my precut/progress videos; most of the time I don’t document unless it’s the beginning or end of a massing or cutting phase. I feel like I usually look the same 🤷🏻‍♀️

      @@robbieboyrobbieboy2877 that could be an accessory for exercise, but when you’re training for a max DL, lowering them slowly is not going to be optimal. You’ll wear out your grip and get unnecessarily too tired to produce the output necessary to train for the goal weight.
