So strong and you have abs for days. lol I'm starting to gain weight too quickly but also got a rep pr of 315lbx13 reps squats at 70kg. Being 5'3 is a blessing in disguise for short ROM.
Short doesn’t always mean good leverages (depending on arm and leg length ratios- ex relative long femur for squats, and short arms for DL or long arms for bench) but less height does mean less distance moved. As a barely 5 ft person I am grateful for that part lol
For bracing during squats I'd advice to go beltless for several heavy sessions, Oly lifting buddy of mine fixed my bracing by throwing every accessory away except lifting shoes, make me squat 5x5 every other day and gave me this cue, "imagine opening up your chest as you brace", also don't let breath seep out during the ascend. Going beltless also improved me not breaking form during heavy sets.
Will be cheering for ya!
Thank you!! 🙏🏼😃
you're awesome dude
Thanks, dude!
Thank you for another awesome video. Can't wait to see how it goes. Good luck to an amazing person 💯👍
Thank you!! 😊 thanks as always for watching!
I actually learn a lot of hearing other people think about their training.
It's actually really useful.
Same! I also just enjoy hearing about ppl’s training :)
