    I just recently picked up a Griswold Colonial Breakfast skillet myself, really nice pan! I did a lye bath for a week and then followed up with a 40 minute vinegar bath. It turned out very well!!

    Do you cool the pan to room temp between each round of oiling and baking?

      I let it cool down enough so it’s easy to handle. Having the pan just slightly warm helps with the spread of the seasoning compound.
