The Ryzen 5 5500 Processor is a huge bottleneck for the RTX 4070 and the motherboard isn't the best thing for it either because the ASUS Tuf Gaming B450M - PLUS II is PCIe 3 limited and so is the Ryzen 5 5500 CPU, it is a small bottleneck for GPU performance you can look at some videos about it if need be. Also i let the Ryzen Master software auto overclock the CPU and it put the max frequency of the processor at 4.35 GHz.
@@solarknot i just tested myself on my gtx 1660 ti lowering shadow by one lower lets me play 1440 p 60 fps with all other specs max :D what a life saver :D

crazy lowering from ultra high shadows to high shadows gives this +4k boost ? :O 30 vs 70? insane
also anti aliasing was turned down to fxaa but yeah it's quite insane indeed :D
