To say one is a better singer than the other, I don't agree with that. You have to respect them both for the different styles they entertain us with. I started listening to both on Pandora. I love that music.
A: When doing a music video. B: When they're not but the live mix for the room and the live mix for the studio were not the same and the studio mix was synced to the video. C: When it really doesn't matter because the music is so good that people will enjoy it without questioning it.
