Dallas Convention center about 79, Roth entered the stage swinging by a rope and flipped across the stage. About 09 Oklahoma city, Eddie sat on a box with no shirt while the band was on a break and for 20 minutes put on the best rock show I have ever seen.

And the fact that it was Alex who wanted the guitar originally but Eddie ended up with it is a blessing in disguise. I remember EVH saying Alex had told him to have his back to the audience so nobody could see how he played. LMFAOOOOOO...that may have been when they first became famous. Always imitated NEVER DUPLICATED !!! I wonder how Alex is doing. Last time I saw him he didn't look or seem healthy. I hope he's ok. 👍❤️

I've got a picture of Ed from Circus Magazine that hung in my room from Fair Warning Tour. I took it and had a custom frame and matt made for it . Still hangs in my room and I'm 55 years old ! Never forget first time I saw Van Halen 1982 at The Omni in Atlanta !!! I've seen em all but I have to say that one was the best !!!! Thanks for the great music and awesome guitar riffs !!!!

Van Halen was the first concert I've been to. Down NYC at Madison square garden! We ended up on the floor level. It was absolutely mind blowing experience in my life! Watching DLR Jump off on to the stage in his leather chaps, Eddie Van Halen was on fire, I went to every concert. My hair looked like Eddie Van Halens. Van Halen posters all over my room. Gotta thank my brother for getting all these awesome rock n Roll albums. Headphones on and, I'm 12. Rest is history. My kids grew up listening to every thing rock n Roll.
So glad we can watch them anytime we want, keeps him alive!
