This looks so beautiful, wish you u could of done a choux pastry eggless but love the texture, eating puffs in the past, the fresh egg smell turned me off , trust u do smell it while eating it but nice job Natasha 👏👏👏😍😍
Once you pull them out of the oven, you need to use a toothpick to create a tiny hole in the top of the puff to let out the steam that has built up inside your puffs. If you don’t do this, your puffs will fall as the steam cools. This was a nice ad for foil paper though. Your flat puffs could slide off easily lol.

You can substitute the egg wash with milk or add a few drops of lemon to cut the freshness
