We use a shotgun mic. However, it was very windy.
This place is NOT what it seems!! Let give my personal experience.
Depending on how much you pay, and how high up in the building is now you’re treated by management. Or how much you do for them. Gifts during the holidays etc.
They bend the rules and turn an eye if you’re on the list.
Drugs are all through there. I’m not speaking on a plant either. A hooker lives in the building , the penthouse at one time had been used for escorts, inside jobs of people’s cars being stolen FROM the parking garage. Your toll tag has to be connected for the gates to open. Guests can’t even park inside those spots. People have had their units broken into - despite needing a key fob to access the elevator floors.
The elevator’s are broken all the time. Have a dog and need to get them out to potty - have fun when there is one working for 24 floors.
If you live on the tollway side you hear the traffic all day long. And at night when the people are racing ? It’s extremely annoying. Let’s not forget the DWI pull over spot across the street. The flashing lights are a nonstop thing in the middle of the night as well.
The sun beating off the pool makes for hot summer days and expensive ac bills to cool your place.
The most quiet place to live is the end units facing legacy. Only until that is if you’re on floor 7 and 8 in the tower or facing the bar side from 1-5 in the mid-rise or 7/8 in the tower. The parking garage next door blocks all the noise out in the master bedroom.
There is no dog spa. Even regular apartments these days have one. So if you’re a dog owner it’s an amenity you’re missing. Other high rises have them as well as the apartments at Legacy West.
It looks good from the outside. But money is better spent elsewhere
