@@jimsteele2072 On the right machine, yes.
Jup so nice to drive my moped cant wait for spring!!!!
Here in the UK we used to have a lot of mopeds but these days not so much. When I was 16 it was 1986 and I had a yamaha fs1e, a legend of a bike with a big bore kit and a fresco exhaust and it would manage to get to 55mph which was really quick back then. I would love to get a moped now and I would love to see more people using them. Good to see you guys doing what you are.
The grreen PUCH is a beauty!
Really good guys, helped me right out on parts, Thanks guys.
I had a mobylette Sports Speciale in the early 70s and my girlfriend and I went everywhere on it. Even journeys up tp 150 miles with two up. 4hp. My children can't believe we did that. I loved that time in my life.
Yes (neil piper) we have probably the same age..74 years old...I Had a KREIDLER 50 Florett.. in france...and I use always this one.........I have no car anymore since 20 years

no way, I had a Tomos moped when I was about 12 in UK, bought for £5, loved it, not seen one in ages
Here in Costa Rica are starting to become famous little by little. Recently i buy one to go to work. The models which came to my country are from China, the one i buy is brand Takana, have 107cc engine with a CVT transmission, It's basically a small displacement motorcycle. It's the best purchase I've ever made, so much fun to drive.
Thanks for the great comment. Great to see these machines gaining traction in Costa Rica. 💯
I use to go to this shop when I lived in Detroit.
I miss this shop.
puch for life!

Mopeds are the answer
IT s not nécessaire.. to have a big... MOTORCYCLE.... you can have a real pleasure with a MOPED...it s my own experience... of 74 years... you have 2 wheels.....and it s slowly that you can see the landscap
Dead right. It's all about community and having fun. Ride on.

@3:08 - why are those two cars "lifted"?
+mlakarm18 Absolutely no idea, sorry.
Welcome to Detroit !
That's how they work on them. People fix their cars in the street in Detroit.
Moped Gangs.....lololol.
It's the Detroit Moped gang Vs. The Detroit Scooter tuning scene gang!
Viva le zanzare by italy
Kool video, great photography but MUSIC SUX!!!
The music is dreadful.
In india we had TVS 50 Moped
Whats wrong with a real motorcycle? I cant see how someone would prefer a moped. Unless they dont have a licence
James - Motorcycles are overweight, overpowered, overengineered and overpriced.
here where i live i have a couple of mopeds.. they are small cheap and here you can drive them without a helmet its great fun and i only pay 50 euro a year for insurance. and i can drive one with a car licence so its win win win for me.
the DWI machine trope is one too common misconception, the majority of US states require a license for motorized vehicle road use, be it a go-ped, golf cart, or mower. there's nothing wrong with a motorcycle, or a Prius either... for you.
what you've done is asked a pumpkin chucking group, "why pumpkins?" or wing suit users, "why not use an airplane?"
these are 40 plus year old machines (Rush's "red barchetta" comes to mind) that we enjoy restoring, modifying, and riding at mach .04
simply, it's an avocation, not sole transportation for most of >us
Couldn't get past two minutes. Song sucks.
Detroit sucks, tbh.
so that's where the 8 white boys went we thought they all got killed in car jackings..
Hardy har har...
Do hipsters just love anything that is shit?
mopeds get like, 100mpg, are easy to work on, and if its 49cc, you dont need a license
dude i drive a fazer and a tomos e90 and trust me with a tomos i make more kliks and get more fun than any guy in a freaking prius. yes they don't have power and they stink because of the oil in the fuel but they are fucking fun to ride. and trust me i'm as far away from being a hipster as i can be
yep pretty much
Yes
