Hilarious yet informative. Loved this video, thanks for the morning laughs! So many choices today when it comes to cameras. As an amateur who was mainly interested in photography and because budget was a big consideration when I was shopping, I have an X-T3 that I bought barely used about 2 years ago. I don't ever see myself shooting much video with it. I hope to get something small and easy to use for that some day. I think I own the cinema. Vlogging with the Insta360 One RS 1-inch mod, close up filter, 5.3k 30fps, FlowState stabe, carry a couple of extended batteries. CLP and ND for when they're required. No need for anything else! 😂😂 I have even adapted a 52mm glimmer glass filter, even thought I hate them! 😂😂
The Nikon Z6iii coming up for April announcement will be a catch up for Nikon where it will have better autofocus in video, updated sensor and the great Nikon colors. It will be like a baby Z8 with a size between Z8 and current Z6ii. Biggest feature is vari angle LCD and some impressive video spec options. Should be vast improvement over current Z6ii.

Fujifilm still needs a tone slider like Canon and Ricoh have. I could finally shift the pink hues in skin towards orange without having a whacked out green sky from 6700k white balance just trying not to look like a ham human. That and AF and IBIS. But once they sorted all of that, and made something smaller than full frame, I will buy back in. I've got my XF glass waiting for them to stop jerking off with these 4th place releases. 😂

Not sure if you are still reading these but DJI LIDAR Focus puller for manual lenses..... WOW.... Berbs with lidar autofocus. Branches will probably f it up but with clear line of sight this is pretty amazing and you can use cini lenses and old cool stuff and have autofocus. It's not even insanely expensive.

Now that you have seen the power of the Monkey, when will you defeat the cripple hammer and wield it's power with R7?. I heard the IBIS are good.
A S1R in a smaller body (somewhere between G80 and G9) with 80-100mp that has G9II IS and allows for L-Mount and M43 lens attachment with 20-25mp crop for the latter, animal eye detect in 4K 300fps and the same fan setup as the S5II to keep it going, built in ProRes, global shutter, built in ND... I think that's reachable within 5 years for around 3k and I think it would be perfect but yeah you'll never see it.

This is why im still using a camera from 2013...
There are 2 reasons: one of them is that the manufacturers don't wnat us NOT to buy new gears every year. :D If one put out a perfect camera what would the others do? That one manufacturer would sell a lot, but that is it... and won't sell anymore.
second reason: we humans cannot ever have satisfaction. There is no perfect for everyone. Sony released the A9III with global shutter and still people are complaining. :D We need 8K 60 p no crop, we need internal BRAW 1000mb/s, we need 10 axis stabilizer, we need 1000 fps slow motion etc. :D
Canon does make the most rugged cameras that will last better than most. The cripple hammer is real though….

It's not the camera, it's the lens. Lenses have physical limitations
@@Arcticfox7 the lens has no impact on the features or functions of the camera. The point the video is making is that manufacturers seem to cripple their cameras by removing features on purpose to steer you towards buying something very expensive or they just seem to fail to develop certain areas for inexplicable reasons.
@TheWalkingKev look beyond the big 3. Perfect camera is our there. And stop watching youtube. Every channel is trying to sell you the most expensive crap. It's why and how they exist

No open gate, no exposure tools, no 6k , no shutter angle…= not perfect at all
The perfect camera is coming dude, its called the Panasonic Lumix G100 Mark II with the phased detection autofocus. I'm sorry, dude, but I ain't leaving the church of the G-85 yet.
They perfected the photo camera 20 years ago. Video cameras are a different story. Everybody wants something different, so you can’t please everybody. I have an A7S3, which is about as perfect as you can get today. I just bought an FX30, and I like it a little more, mainly because it’s half the price. But I’m not into wildlife, and I don’t need to film myself running across the street in slow motion, plus I use a gimbal. With a Sony 11mm lens, and the Sigma trio, that’s about all I really need.
Here is some reson no perfect camera :
Best image quailiy = big camera. Larger the censor, larger of lens. Even u carry heavy equipment, big camera = high rolling shuter + more shaking of footage becasue large censor.
Small censor = worse iso but better of ibis and small lense. I wil not talk about gh6 or g9 mark 2 have best ibis. Look at small camera 1 inch like dj pocket 3. Their ibis so good that no big camera can reach, it better than gh6 because small censor. And their size very small. If u record sport require quick movment or high speed u will chose 1 inch camera instead of fullframe. And if u record low light video, a7s3 will be best choise. U can chose balance camera like crop 6700/r7/xt5 but their no suck things is perfect. Never. When 1 inch camera reach full frame quailty in next 3-4 year fullframe all ready reach 100 mpx allready
