dont get me wrong , but its kinda strange to see a Awardshow for Metal.....
I can understand I still find it kind of weird even today. I'm just so used to seeing Hip-Hop, R&B, and among other genres, but Heavy Metal is still something I'm getting used to being on award shows. I mean don't get me wrong I love Heavy Metal, but it's still kind of weird to see it. I'm just glad these amazing artists are getting some recognition! I'd actually like to see this gain more steam you just don't hear a lot about Heavy Metal anymore and there are so many amazing songwriters involved in the genre. Everyone gives people like Eminem, again don't get me wrong he's 'one' (emphasis on one) of the best at his craft, but there will always be better artists in the same and different genres.

But I must say. You can't argue that Paul played a very important roll for slipknot from beginning to end and that if it wasn't for Paul a lot things wouldn't have happened for slipknot given that he was one of the founding members.
