The fact that there’s people saying Johnny is making himself look guilty by looking down is INSANE. HE IS RELIVING EVERYTHING HE WENT THROUGH why would anyone want to look at someone that abused them for years physically and mentally lie through there teeth when he is in court suing her because she tried to ruin his life.

She's definitely doing her best to seem authentic, but she doesn't really pull it off. All that "sobbing " and not one tear. They both seem looney to me.

@@fernandaolivares7926 Noone said she shouldn't be able to say her story. Johnny brought the lawsuit in light. This trial isnt all about amber and a judges job is to be without bias. There was many things the judge wouldn't let johnny talk about when ambers lawyers objected. But, now that amber is on the stand shes allowing her to talk regardless of johnnys lawyers objections. This shows a bias.

I’m 5 minutes in and I can already tell that her testimony was dictated and rehearsed. A person that has a family does not mean they are absolved of all guilt because they appear to be a loving member. If she gets off on any of this, it would be a serious miscarriage of justice because anyone who’s familiar with any known serial killers would know that a monster can hide in plain sight and the people who allowed her to walk will have set a precedent that it’s okay for women to abuse men but harsh consequences will rain down on any man that is even accused of abusing a woman.

Who are any of us to judge. Abuse in general is not good. Be it your husband, wife, friend, co-worker, stranger, boss. How do you know if she is lying. How do you know he is? Right off the bat, you can see how hard she is trying to work the jury. However, her training wasn’t effective enough. As she moves further it proves to be somewhat flat, but I it’s really har inability to act that fails her in the key moments of her testimony.
it’s also funny how the whole time she’s looking at the jury in the eyeballs and johnny spoke sitting straight forward. she seems like she’s trying to convince them with facial expressions.

I love how Johnny pays no attention to this narcissist woman. You can clearly see he’s not taking any notes because he has nothing to hide! As far as him looking down, that definitely shows he’s been hurt and abused. I’ve known a few people who has been mentally abused, and damn right they can never look at their partner the same.

I'm not even a Johnny fan... think I've seen two of his movies. I just can't get behind this woman. I was in an abusive relationship for years and also grew up with a narcissistic mother who abused and is still abusing my father thirty plus years later. I literally see my parents when I look at these two. She is a narcissistic abuser and he is the victim, body language on both parts says it all. On a separate note her acting is appalling, her testimony is completely an act. Poor Johnny I feel for him the same way I feel for my dad.

Anyone who has been abused or witnessed abuse can see straight through her lies. If you watch their body language, it speaks volumes. Amber keeps going on and on about how well he cared for her. Johnny could only speak about how evil she was. Amber even tried to throw her own father under the bus immediately by calling herself a "test crash dummy" when her father taught her how to break horses. I think this is an amazing example of how nasty she really is. Amber's parents took Johnny's side so she decided to publicly hurt them. We have all seen how she treats her own mother and sister at events. Amber's team's defense rests solely on his drug abuse while she openly admits to doing drugs prior to their relationship and immediately upon dating.

I find this hard to watch sometimes I’ve watched bits and pieces but I recently got out of my abusive relationship so it’s all fresh and it hurts because the way Johnny response to amber in the fights is me, it is how we react to these narcissists and some say he’s equally being abusive to her but to me it’s how they treat us and in a way “teach” us how to react back to them. It’s how they wanna fight so we fight equally at one point but not to the extent of hands. Like we need to try and defend until one point it’s too much

This isnt a case on who abused who... bottom line, she defamed him from coming out with some version of her story, and over traumatized it. Had she actually been abused he would have been arrested. She wouldn't have tried so hard to hold onto him like that. She would be the one trying to leave the situation. She doesn't seem like the type to be so afraid to call the cops. If she was so scared of him and had to get a restraining order, why did she beg him to come visit her while the order was in place? He called her names, did drugs, got drunk, threw items, and punched walls.... that's so what.. compared to where she was the one actually gaslighting, manipulating, cheating, and hitting him. It's quite clear they were in some form abusing each other. Seems like amber treated most people around her during that time, badly too. I don't see her as the victim. She's the agressor. I've been in an abusive relationship. You either feel too scared to leave, stuck, or your trying like hell to get out of the relationship. Another reason why i think she was the aggressor in the relationship, is because they say that men often marry a woman who is in some sense a version of their mother.... I thought of this before johnny even said it. That it was like he was married ti a version of his mother and i find a lot of his story more believable. The only thing is, i think his drug and alcohol abuse was downplayed when he was on the stand. Theres no criminal record showing johnny abused her, nor did she press charges and definetly wasnt scared to be seen with Elon musk after the relationship ended.... and it seems like she took pics of so called injuries after she found out that johnny was taking pictures. She honestly makes me sick and is cringggee to watch her on the stand.

The more i watch this trial and especially after seeing her first deposition, where she's smiling, eating, rolling her eyes...the more i dislike her. I myself am not a huge fan or anything of johnny... i love Edward scissor hands, and crybaby but ive never seen any of the pirates. So i tried to watch this objectively and the fact that Amber fired someone from her legal team just is so telling. But of course the jury wont be able to see that. I'm actually curious on what they'll do for the jury instructions. Because that is what the judge will say they need to make their decision based on. Ive also noticed that in the beginning of the trial the judge was almost pro amber she was over ruling on johnnys lawyers objections, almost every time. That seems to have stopped since johnny got on the stand and more evidence came out. so we'll see what happens.

When we’re dealing with unpredictable people it is best to distance ourselves even with body language and eye contact completely. 80% of communication is body language and hers showed more compassion then Johnny wants to anymore. Thus far.
It IS best just to remove any potential issue that can be misinterpreted by onlookers.

How amber tries to convince us how Johnny sexually assaulted her "he grabbed both sides of my face similar to how he did in portico" where he supposedly "playfully pushed me down on this bed sofa" after lifting her robe. Where as in every other instance through her testimony she portrays their relationship as being this magical relationship, those two scenarios just feel so rehearsed and don't seem to follow any thought process.
It’s just funny to me that she says this the hardest thing she’s gone through in her life and she tries to act like she was poor but her father owned a CONSTRUCTION BUSINESS and she keeps saying no job too little but those aren’t little jobs lol

I couldn't watch her anymore. had to change the channel. there was fighting between them which is upsetting but I don't believe he hit her. the bruise on her arm could have been from anything. she did do drugs and drink. beside people sometimes get bruises and don't know how I sure do.
