I agree with you. Many businesses go under because they lack technical education and experience. A neighbor of mine opened a beauty parlor and has his daughter in law run day to day operations. They hired a beautican that would ask saalary far more than he could afford or he would hire beauticians that would leave after a few months of working. Ultimately, he had to close his business. I think if his DIL had experience working in a parlor, they would have been profitable
