A childhood hero of mine! what a man
Willie Mays was one hellava ball player.
I was 7 when Willie came to SF so he was my lifelong favorite. I can honestly say that I never went to a game that he didn't do something that thrilled the crowd. Hitting, running, or fielding, he always did something that confirmed his greatness. I am very sad today thinking about all the wonderful memories. RIP Wille
