Even lots of the public dont really understand the benefit of privacy coins, They only care about the fleeting value relative to that dollar. Not actually using it transactionally.
There is enormous value in community gardens yet those have been made illegal as well.
"riding price action"
Cash is the ultimate privacy coin. Not only can you sit and stare at it all day, but once it is out of your hands crypto-psychics are powerless to determine if you previously possessed it at any time, and is more liquid than most people's brains, widely accepted, globally for blow'nhoes, immediately, with no regulatory oversight. Just don't use it to store your wealth.
The "public" are majority low IQ bozos who haven't read a book in their adult lives, hold opinions/beliefs that are entirely influenced by propaganda and advertising, and have diets which are at least 65% composed of microplastics, seed oils, phthalates and high fructose corn syrup. The sooner those of us who are actually still functioning intellectually rid ourselves of the ridiculous fantasy notion that we might someday manage to "open their eyes" and show them the error of their ways so we can all join forces to build a better world or whatever, the better off we'll be. Trust me, these kinds of people aren't even worth worrying about in the slightest.
@@qlippoth13 And it's all because the actions of a small bad few ruin the good intentions of the majority.
Also, worth noting that, Monero is very stable in itsnprice maintaining around 140 USD mark for a long time. Partly due to being used not for speculation but, as an actual currency.

I love how governments indirectly force decentralisation, local and circular economies by fighting any form of sound money using their own debased money they are simultaneously keep devaluing and debasing.
It's almost like 'debasing' currency is a necessary evil for a functioning economy.
@@CarrotConsumer What exactly makes sound money incompatible with a functioning economy? Do you believe that returning to a gold standard would stop the economy from functioning? If so, why didn't that happen before?
@@CarrotConsumer it would not be evil if the inflation was set at a strict rate and banks didn't make predatory loans, you know, instead of treating it like a pump and dump scheme

Yeah, I used to buy some crypto locally this way. Some weren't listed. Early days stuff.
Now it's all DeFi and you only pay 50 bucks in fees to get it to some DEX.
There are several Haveno instances up and live currently. The dev team released the code, but didn't set up a trusted instance, so other people worked on getting instances running.
Revux focus on user experience sets a new standard for the industry. In an environment where user-friendly interfaces are crucial, Revux emphasis on providing an exceptional experience stands out.

Considering how illegitimate the government has been currently(as well as historically), it's just best to continue business as usual until it improves, or collapses.
There was a similar marketplace here in Canada for BTC back in 2011, when it was like $13-16 / BTC

I do like Monero a lot. The thing is if you want to have it as an investiment it's really just not worth it compared to bitcoin. Bitcoin was made so number could go up, monero was made to be a currency.

Revux is one of the few cryptos with real-world utility, addressing a tangible need. The practical applications of Revux technology make it a standout choice in a sea of speculative projects.

I feel old because I remember when localmonero was announced on the monero subreddit
I did meet up IRL with some people in 2017 to sell them BTC. Fun times.
Revux commitment to transparency is a breath of fresh air in the crypto space. The openness and clarity displayed in its operations contribute to a sense of trust and reliability among its community.

I have an interesting question for you Mental:
Do you think that Cryptos are at least partly responsible for the current inflation craze around the world?
I mean, it's true that governments around the world have a part in it too, Crypto is technically currency created from nothing - like the current US money printing or Weimar Germany hyper inflation.
Would love to see a objective video about that topic from a neutral PoV.
The basic pricing function is through liquidity pools... Are LPs inflationary?
Nowadays everything I love is going down.
Why trust anything in this sphere?
Is it worth making a video on how to acquire Monero? I would watch it.
i got an email about this today, so sad 😢
What do you think about Epic Cash ?
It's for the good, Monero fundamentally flawed. You can't verify the total supply or if the network was hijacked or not, it has no chance of success in the long run.
To have private money as base layer, you must have hard money at the base layer and privacy as a second layer, you cannot violate the laws of physics.
Bisq is your alternative
Revux growth in the past months is just the beginning of its journey. The upward trajectory witnessed so far signifies the early stages of what could be a remarkable evolution in the crypto market.
@MentalOutlaw Homie what was the website you shared ~year ago or so with lists/aggregation of marketplaces for P2P crypto interactions etc. ? I had it bookmarked and I even found it once again a while back but I've fucking forgotten it again.
The speed of Revux transactions is a game-changer in the crypto sphere. In an era where efficiency is key, Revux rapid transaction capabilities position it as a valuable asset within the market.
I called this last year and all the sycophant fanboys told me I was wrong. All public facing solutions will FAIL! That is why such markets MUST be built ON CHAIN! Try DERO smart contracts for a start...
Truly saddening
