„Fakeuronium” 😂😂😂 I cracked up at this one 😅 I remember one time when I was doing my anesthesiology rotation, we put a patient to sleep for an arthroscopy and at some point the orthopedic surgeon started complaining that the patient probably had too high blood pressure, because he couldn’t see anything in the operating field and the anesthesiologist told him that the blood pressure was fine and we couldn’t administer anything to the patient. But the surgeon got angry and told everyone that either we gave something or he wouldn’t operate anymore. So we gave a little bit of saline solution and in a moment we could hear from another side of the drape: „I can finally work” 😅

He's an ophthalmologist, most of their work is cataracts surgeries, they have a lot of free time and it's one of the cushier specialties, there's plenty of self aware humour regarding this in other skits.
I'm glad that he spends his free time making content that helps other medical personnel to at least have a decent chuckle during their exhausting shifts, as well as bringing awareness to issues within the medical world (US insurance is a notable one), and giving a glimpse into what doctors' lives are like, even if mostly through humour. I've seen a good amount of comments from the people who work in the specialties he portrays in his videos saying he makes the effort and does his research to still represent them well in a youtube comedy short.

Neurosurgery resident should have a PEG for enteral nutrition. Only use TPN if the GI tract can’t be used.

I would imagine that making skin glow is a microneedling or tattooing process in which glowing jellyfish proteins are transferred into the skin cells, likely denaturing over time and requiring additional trips every few months to repeat the process. So yes, incredibly expensive.
