Although I am not sure if I'll become a teacher or not because I have so many options in mind right now and still figuring out.
But I want to become a NEET educator or basically an educator for the following reasons:
1) The impact of teachers on my life personally, I used to be very good student during my school life and the amount of appraisal & affection I used to get from them will remain forever with me.
2) I miss my previous teachers more than my friends. I have got some amazing amazing teachers during my school life.
3) The connection between a GOOD teacher and a student is very pious.
4) The valuable teachings/ learnings apart from academics that a teacher inculcates in his/her students is invaluable.
5) A good teacher can make us fall in love with their respective subject. Like I can't think of studying physics from any teacher other than MR sir.
6) If the teacher is honest with his work and not behind limelight, fame, etc. and have the ability to evolve with time in terms of content and content delivery ,then there is nothing like TENURE that they should worry about. They will be likeable irrespective of their age. ( Atleast what I believe for now)
7) We might forget the doctor who treated us years back or the govt. employee like those in banks etc. But its less likely to forget the teacher who taught us for months or years. Although all of them are doing their own work.
8) I still remember some topics along with teacher who taught me that. For example: My 8th class teacher taught us Moderates and Extremists in SST, whenever I read these words her face comes in my mind immediately.
9) Many more.... 😅

Sir I donot agree with your words because teaching is recognised in india if not why the government schools and government teacher's its all about the way we are thinking I think you are bored of teaching from years please travel a month in a year it will solve your problem I don't know why you are expecting to change the designation even the doctor do not change their designation after 25 years of experience
you are comparing apples and oranges. Govt teachers have safe job but private coaching industry doesn't have any rules. They change salaries, fire people as they grow older and what not. Its easy for you to assuem a few things from the outside but i have been in this for more than 14 years now so i know what i am saying.
Aap teacher hai aur aap jo bhi bolenge soch samajh kr hi bolenge lekin ye to aap mtlb kuch bhi bol rahe hai jiska kuch logic hi nahi hai.
Agr kuch galti bol raha hu to mafi chahta hu.
15 saal se main padha raha hu janab. And ye meri hi observation nahi hai but bahut se experienced teachers ka bhi yahi opinion hai.
