Both. Both are good. They both have their strengths and weaknesses, and as someone who has beaten NV and is playing 4 for the first real time, I think they both are solid games.

@mortalwound1 Except Mahler video on the Tv show is pretty valid It wasn't just him hating for the sake of hating.It was genuine criticism of the show and how show is bad The fight scenes made almost no sense And the constant changing of lore for the show Is insulting to pass works
I played New Vegas solely because of this game has a godly story claimed by its fans. Safe to say that this is pretty much the only game I ever regret playing.
I started to play simultaneously fo3 fo4 and fnv (i was curious since I had already seen videos about them +fo1 and fo2 and I couldn't wait), plus i watched the whole series. I know it's soon to say this but I really love the games tbh, this franchise is so fun. I love the lore and exploring the wasteland while interacting with npcs and companions. As for the series I absolutely like the characters (maximus is my fave) and the ambience felt real. Maybe not all games are perfect but I think they're beautiful in their ways.
@@mortalwound1i was NV fan in a past after RUclips video in 2019, but for 5 years NV exhausted itself, i passed all 4 endings, even did yes man ending twice, first time with bad karma, second with good karma with followers of apocalypse and kings, I completed all side quests i could find, bounty hunting and etc. I started playing 4 because of the show and out of boredom. Storyline fels bad after Vegas but in general good game, i like it. So yeah, fans of both 4 and NV exist, it's surprisingly a lot of them, not really much but more that could be

I’m a 4 fan myself but that’s probably just because it was the first I played. I think most people prefer 4 because it is the easiest to mod and the combat it the smoothest.
