Normally it would be, to be fair. If the game was to just spray your opponent, everyone will be doing what Will Ferrell did and not even bother to wait for the punchline. Also, these weren't all that funny...and she's a comedian.
Katherine is a professional comedian so it takes a lot to make her laugh
Or Katherine, as a professional comedian, aimed to perform and make this moment as funny as she could. She, in this case, perfectly emulated professional comedian Will Ferrel and actually challenged him as the most unpleasant guest of the bingo. If you don't wanna play then don't come.

She canadian and if u watch other stuff she's in with her kind of humour she's always using innuendos so she's quiet desensitised to it.
