I have i question . I've heard that it is the best for your workout to be no longer than 60 minutes. Im really bad shooter so in 60 minutes i have done 60-70% of this workout. What should i do
I would say 75 minutes is a good limit and then just work as hard as you can to complete in that time, if you can’t, just try again the next time and it’ll be a good way to see if you are getting better

And what should I do to make up for the partner workouts which focuses on instincts and physicality which I don’t know how to do alone
If you have work 12-4 that’s easy should be getting first workout in before work and then the other one after work
Will drastically effect your progress can’t expect to never train with defense and then play great with defense in a game
You can’t do that alone, you can’t mimic game reads with no one, find a partner

Your form is not efficient, most likely have a hitch in your shot
Probably set point when you shoot 3s lower your set point
