We called that porkstew sometimes we cooked it with sweet potato or cabbage 😋 it well goes with peppers, and onions salt to taste put a little amount of MSG and you will have a good meal

In Europe I use lots of garlic brush on the ribs and salt and black pepper. I cook that a wile in little water, and later let is fry. I like it.
