Welcome to our first ever combo podcast episode! That’s right, the We Grow Together Podcast and the Dealmaking with Laura DiFrancesco are releasing the same episode. It is not often that a topic of conversation aligns with both podcasts, but in recent events, we believe that this issue affects us all. The popular app, TikTok, went dark on Saturday January 18, 2025 around 10:30pm. In this episode, Laura used her background in law to discuss the logistics of this “TikTok Ban.” Going over the basics of the United States Government, Laura discusses how this is an issue of national security and not free speech.
