Also, to offer an exolaination of sorts, WayV and 127 are the only fixed units. Dream is weird in that it’s like, semi-fixed so once you’re in dream you’re in dream until you graduate. NCT U is the only truly non-fixed unit and is usually a handfull of 127 guys but could also have any other members in it as well. It’s what they put all songs that don’t fit under one of the 3 main groupings. Ten and Taeyongs song “baby don’t stop” is also an NCT U song.

the members of NCT U change per comeback depending on the concept/song and "boss" features Taeyong, Mark, Lucas, Doyoung, Jaehyun, Jungwoo, and Winwin (all of which are a part of NCT 127 except for Lucas). Theres only ever been a few members to be a part of NCT U that arent a part of NCT 127, so it makes sense that if you like NCT 127 you'd also really like NCT U.
