Borrowing through a non-recourse loan and borrowing from the cash value of a life insurance policy are two distinct strategies with various pros and cons, but both offer the potential as a funding source for your real estate investment. The best choice depends on your financial goals, the type of asset you wish to invest in, and whether maintaining a tax-advantaged retirement account structure is a priority for you.
There’s no need to be rude. There are some people who don’t know this. Just because you’re a seasoned investor good for you, but there are those like me who are not in this is interesting to me. I am amazed how rude people can be and try and make a simple statement. Maybe you’re not good at finding investment properties. Even though you are a “ seasoned investor“. Pride goes before a fall and with your attitude, it’s no wonder you’re not finding properties so just thought that you should understand your attitude towards life can make all the difference in the world and it sounds to me like you’ve got some sort of a huge chip on your little shoulders. Lick the chip off, humble yourself and be kind and have gratitude for life. There’s no reason to be rude.!!!
How does such a loan compare to borrowing from a life insurance policy's cash value?
