Enes, you're awesome man, but I'm gonna correct you one little thing. You're so brilliant and talented at what you do and how you present a house. We freakin' love your videos. But "conversate" isn't a word. People don't conversate, they converse. They're conversing or having a conversation. 🙂 PS that patio w/ the built in hidden drainage was such a subtle and amazing idea. The bathrooms were also awesome. I don't know that I'd ever be IN the house that much with all that outdoor space and shade! Kudos on a great video.

If guys HAVE TO tour something in "Ezé" which is also in South of France, just 2 Kilometers from Monaco. This is an unbelievable place. The mixture of tranquility, beach life, the surroundings and yet it is full of people. It is VERY unique. It is a little town, the homes are located on a steep hill, yet there is a populated culture with restaurants and great beach life just 10 mins of walking distance. It is a very special place.

I live in this area and i have seen so many beautiful villa in St Tropez and honestly this is one of them,it's architecture and interiors are well planned,on the opposite side is parc de st tropez which also has so many beautiful villas,thanks for sharing this guys..
