I was wondering if there is a way to do a payout of long service leave as well? I think Lebron may have left because you kept rejecting his leave.

Hi I do have a question, my client is paying the employees' payroll on a monthly basis and one of its employees have resigned last September 9, 2022, with 6 hours of annual leave balance in his leave tab. I was following this procedural video and the only thing that bugs me is the total result of the annual leave entitlement for this specific person (after I clicked the final pay and do all the specifications) is around 18 point something (added 12 hours by the system) which I don't really comprehend completely. Furthermore, when I checked his leave balance after the preparation of the drafted final pay, I noticed that he has a negative 12 annual leave hours in this resigned employees' leave dashboard which is directly connected with the added hours. This is the only thing that disables me to finish the last pay of this employee. Need some help here. Thanks in advance!

I assume the 12 hours is the annual leave accrued since the previous pay run.

@@TheBookkeepingChannel So am I correct that this is an addition to the 6 days accrued leave? What bothers me most is the negative balance of 12 in the leave tab of this employee after taking effect his final pay. Thanks for the response BTW

    Thank you!
Would love if you can show how to set « time in lieu » set up, how to use it and how to pay it out of employee leaves.
