Anubhav ji pls clearify the history of TEES HAJARI and share your comments, thirty thousand SIKH soldiers came from Punjab under the great Sikh soldier Sardar Baghel Singh and other great leaders and gathered there in Delhi and conquered the current Delhi saltanat that's why it's called TEES HAJARI.
It's written in history and while coming back to punjab Sikh soldiers they cut a big stone piece from the Delhi's mugal king's throne from Lal Qila and bring back to punjab to tell the future generation about their victory. You can see this stone in the Golden Temple Amritsar Punjab behind the lunger hall 🙏

Bhalla Is soft depending on how Well you beat the batter. It Needs to be airy. Not about soaking them In Water
How well the batter is, if you deep fry, it will be crisp from outside and soft fluffy inside. When you dip it in the water it becomes soft inside and outside.
