    How is agent utilization counted for case since a case can go on for days? How does it impact forecasting and capacity? For eg if capacity of agent is 2 cases in a day and one of the case goes beyond the day , then in this case how will the system show the capacity next day?

    Member is not showing in the queue because the queue is public. It has to be set to private for you to add members.
    Can you please do more videos on creating automated processes like 'Reactivation of cases on reply from the customer'. Thank you

    Hi sir , I was allocated to project related to ms dynamics 365 on customer service .. As I am not aware of anything on dynamics 365..Now I am willing to learn to avoid the escalations from the client .. even my team didn’t inform the client regarding the that… I am facing issue because I am not aware of any functionality and work flow … could you please help to over come on that…..
