The thing I always do is when I hang dry my button ups. I pull on them so they look less wrinkley, I fully button them up and in doing so I correct the collar while its wet. This usually leads to a pretty good look. Obviously not wrinkle free but enough where you wouldn't get laughed at. This works really well on my linen blends too.
actually if you really wanted to, your tailor can deconstruct the collar and sew an interlining to provide some structure but yeah definitely not a home fix

Same haha, I do that too, linen blend or not. Helps to save a bit of ironing work when I'm too lazy to iron, which is 90% of the time lol.
