What a dope!! The fact that we are just starting to understand the impact of social media on children and young adults (and society as a whole) should be reason enough to ‘proceed with caution’ when it comes to Generative AI, which is like Social Media on steroids. And someone needs to remind Mark that he is NOT big tech. There are enough money/power hungry CEO’s competing in the race to develop something that may turn out to be a detriment to society. At this point we should be focusing on regulation, what’s best for the country and military appreciations to protect our national security from foreign adversaries that will use AI to initiate Cyber attacks and the like. Long story short, we don’t need Mark Cuban or any other loud mouth billionaires to serve as cheerleaders for expediting what we haven’t even figured out how to properly utilize and regulate!! Stick to Basketball 🏀! Your scoreboard can live without AGI! 🤡

@@zedzed5276 True but AI is something we will not be able to control and the fact that it things move 1000 times faster with AI we will have less time to see the short falls. The human race is not prepared or ready to understand the biggest change since our inception. I very much doubt the majority of us will be able to cope this leading to the 1% to control everything forever and lead us back into being totally controlled. The every day person is just started to understand this and why more people are making moves to make money in so many other ways.
I just don’t think the every day human is ready for such a big change and that societies have fallen due to rapid growth. Grow steadily with understanding

The SEC chair has a 5 year single term limit which is due to expire on June 1. Rumor has it that Gary is in the running for Treasury Secretary. BTW, although the SEC is considered an independent entity, the courts have confirmed that the chairman CAN be fired/asked to resign. Interestingly, firing J Powell would ensue an uphill court battle 🤷♂️.
Long story short if Kamala was pro Crypto she should prove it by holding 👴🏻 accountable for 4 years of not regulating.
