A more far fetched but kinda possible reference for Ky with Magnola Eclair is that it might also be a reference to the song "Magnola Forever" by Claude François, a French-Egyptian artist, due to Ky's nationality in the series. However, I say far fetched because the genre of Claude François is disco french variety, something quite far away from the usual genre that both Guilty Gear uses and references.
But hey, I'm french, I love Guilty Gear and since Ky is french, I like the idea that Daisuke may have referenced an old french song just for the sake of it.

Heaven or Hell is also the name of an Enuff Z'nuff song.
Slash might also refer to slash chords where you use your thumb to create a bass note. However, Slash himself is probably named after that :P
Baiken's original theme, Momentary Life, is an almost beat for beat parody of Musashi's Yamato Suite #4, more famous as the entrance music of wrestler TAKA Michinoku. Copyright is super tight on that song though. The title, although likely a complete and total coincidence, resembles those of the Pink Floyd album and song, Momentary Lapse of Reason, Signs of Life. I waited for Forever by Skid Row(Blue Water Blue Sky)...
And I think Holy Order sounds like Cremation by King Diamond.

I'm pretty sure that I-No plays the solo in Mr. Crowley by Ozzy/ Randy Rhoads, not Metallica.

Also something that I noticed is that the intro of Jack-o's theme sounds a bit similar to the intro of the song Halloween by Helloween.

If Dizzy's design is not inspired by Symphony X's Divine Wings of Tragedy, I will eat my hat. Also, the vocal parts on Sky should be High are almost identical to the ones on Dream Theater's As I am

I wonder, is there a chance that the "Heaven or Hell" might be inspired by Helloween's song "Hell was made in Heaven"?
Also, might Justice's stage be a reference to the song "Stairway to Heaven"?

You mentioned Sol's real name being Fredrick, but you failed to mention that his real surname is Bulsara, which was Freddie Mercury's birth surname.

I always thought Dizzy was supposed to be a reference to Dizzy Gillespie, the jazz musician.

"You're Crazy" by Guns n Roses sounds even more similar to Axl's Korean Guilty Gear XX theme, "Dogs on the Run".
