WHO AM I :
My name is Isabel and I'm Dutch. My approach to ASMR video’s is combining entertainment in a form of imagination and fantasy (almost movie like) with relaxation. All wrapped into one video for you. This way you can enjoy my videos either before you go to bed to drift off easier, or you can just take a moment of relaxation during the day to calm down and relieve stress.

Mic blowing is one of my favorite triggers ever but I don't see it too often. Also, I used to have those same headphones. They were super comfy.

@@angelineb8336 I got those too, but mine is worn out so the last letters I can read are ....HEISER. There's a code on the side if that helps: HD 201
@@angelineb8336 My pair of Sennheiser HD 201 headphones lasted 5 years until they completely died, but I would not (and did not) buy them again. I agree they are comfy, mainly because there is not a lot of pressure on your head from the sides. But the fake leather of the ear cups' padding and also the insulation of the cable is of low quality and will start to flake off in less than a year, the cable a little bit later. It was always "fun" to remove the black spots of flaked off fake leather from my face...
@@martinweizenacker7129 That stuff freaked me out. I didn't realize what it was at first because when I would look in the mirror the little black flakes would be in my hair or on my earlobes. I thought I had some weird medical condition then realized that it was from the headphones.

Indeed, haven't seen a single other breathing video that's as good as this one. Everyone else seems to either do it too harsh or they ONLY focus on mic blowing, not breathing in general.
The mic blowing sounds like the wind in the winter's cold. At least it's still warm inside.

Isabel please please make a vid on soft fluttering hand sounds (like in your intro & outro) with breathing. All the other vids out there are so fast and rough on ears. You're the only one I knew who made those hand flutters so smooth, slow, calm & relaxing. 😭🙏🏼

Mic blowing is my favorite trigger. Loved the parts best when you blew directly at the mic. It sounds really like its in my ears. The exhaling wasn't really my cup of tea.
