    That is why I have cut useless people who are like liabilities in my life out, since they were destroying polluting and contaminating my life. You know ever since I removed them out of my life, I can see some great changes in my life. I'm always on RUclips watching podcasts, wich are teaching us how to attract money and wealth to be in my life. You know and I can tell you now that, being I am I'm learning and I'm growing.🔥🔥🔥🔥

    Why are you paying your employees 5,800 roughly a month and then complain that your staff goes into debt for a holiday. 5,800 in my country covers little; I mean really little. You can't even live on your own in the cheapest apartment available with it. I'm not diregarding what you have said I am just merely pointing out that if the salary of your employees was a liveable one; no one would be in debt. I wouldn't be able to work for you even with you if your team - I mean the people that are way below you are not helped by you. If you're an amazing boss, your employees will be willing to work harder. I loved my previous employer; even though my salary was low. I wouldn't have stayed there forever, but the years I spent there afforded me alot of things that no other employer can give me just yet. I am now on my journey to becoming one of you; a 1M a year woman.

    How does the rich get rich if they don't have no self-discipline

  • @CarloMassarotto
    @CarloMassarotto 29 дней назад +4

    Unfortunately, there are several contradictions in this video. For example: you say not to make compulsive purchases, especially of expensive items, which is a healthy and shareable principle, but a little while ago I saw a short of yours in which you invite not to be afraid to spend money, because (you say) in the south of France and in Greece there are very wealthy people who buy luxury items as if it were the most natural thing in this world, and you say there’s no need to worry because there will always be money. Then you say that one should abandon the habit of looking at their smartphones to go on social media as soon as theywake up in the morning (I also find this very right), but you upload almost one piece of content a day to your RUclips channel, and this forces your subscribers to follow you constantly.

    • @Fairy71128
      @Fairy71128 25 дней назад +7

      Expensive items should be purchased not compulsively, not with your last money. They should be purchased just because you need something and you are so wealthy that you only buy quality goods. I don’t see a contradiction. She is just saying that while you are building wealth don’t spend impulsively.

    • @CarloMassarotto
      @CarloMassarotto 25 дней назад

      @@Fairy71128 Warren Buffett is almost a hundred years old but continues to invest billions in international markets. There is no age at which you can say you have finished building your wealth. Look for the short where Ms. Dawson says you don't have to be afraid to spend on luxury items because the money never runs out, but then in this video we're commenting on she says it's not okay to spend on unnecessary items. If you don't notice the contradiction in these two positions, you have a problem of understanding. But the basic problem of all these youtubers who flaunt millionaire personal worth and yet upload one piece of content a day on RUclips and Instagram with which they advertise courses, master classes and other merchandise, is that they are not credible, because capital management takes a lot of time, and moreover, if one is a millionaire what interest should they have in teaching the world how to become a millionaire? The day I see Elon Musk, Bill Gates, Françoise Bettencourt Meyers or Alice Walton open a RUclips channel from where they teach how to become billionaires and where they sell courses and master classes on how to invest and get rich, then all these youtubers who say they are very rich will also make sense.
