The $800 That Changed My Life!

Today I've got a story that's a different from what you usually see on my channel. Normally I discuss team building and scaling businesses, but today, I want to share a personal story that I've never talked about before.
Six years ago, I was in a very different place in my life, both financially and emotionally. I found myself trying to fit in with a group of successful friends who lived a lavish lifestyle I couldn't afford. Under the weight of peer pressure, I made a fateful purchase one day that would change my life forever. It was that moment when I decided to become financially independent, build valuable skill sets, and take control of my financial future. In this video, I'm going to share that transformational moment and the lessons I've learned along the way. A very important lesson for us, Natalie! We all have the ability to earn what we want, if we stay disciplined. As for the art of comparison, I only compare me versus yesterday's version of me. If I'm growing, then good. If I'm stuck, then I get creative, revisit my goals, or whatever it takes to move forward.

I found this channel because of your husband’s book and he stated what your contributions are and that you have earned your way to your position. I’m reading 10x now as well. I am a big influencer in the company I work for and I’ve already started repeating the corporate concepts you’ve presented. I’m a big believer in image, but you’ve got to back it up. If one likes Chanel, then make sure one’s work ethic and work product is Chanel quality. I don’t do what I do because I have to, I do it because I want to. I’m 64 yo and this is my last shot to get to the show (participate in creating public company) and I am having the time of my life. Blessings. Keep pushing your content.

I relate to this video and everything you said so much! Being around someone who made it in life and is also much older than me is crucial because I don't have a job yet and I really don't want to be dependent on him.
