I planned to watch the whole thing, but fell asleep 2 minutes in :-) thanks!
If u watch this while listening….see if u can spot a crab or fish…..you won’t because you’d fall asleep lol (Love this, it’s very beautiful to watch and hear. I try and imagine I’m in a beach house and with my windows open this is the view I have and the sounds. So my usually chronic pain/insomniac night is much more comfortable.)
I don’t know if people who sleep well can imagine what it’s like to take what feels like forever to fall asleep and then toss and turn all night. This for me leads to I’m usually very tired throughout the day. This can lead to chronic pain feeling even worse because of tension. It can lead to feeling irritable and even for some people leads to depression and even worse.
I’m very thankful for all of these helpful videos that help people sleep or just for people to hear to relax. I know some videos are from even years ago and maybe even a RUclipsr isn’t active and I can’t thank them all as there’s many, but I woke briefly it’s about 6:45am and I found this video which I’ll have on to get a little more sleep and maybe like yesterday I’ll actually feel happier in feeling mentally more productive to pick up my to do list and work on it. Yesterday I had checked off a lot on my to do list, and I’m already smiling this early hour and feeling very optimistic that I’m going to continue my to do list it’s mostly just a bunch of computer work and phone calls but usually to sit still with chronic back pain is very difficult because with chronic pain it’s very hard to have your mind be able to focus and think of anything else.
Thank you for making this video and they are all very cool, creative and on that note….I’m literally getting sleepy with the ocean sounds playing while I wrote this lol. I hope everyone sleeps better, relaxes more especially through the covid years that have affected all people. These videos=upbeat, positive feelings and could give a lot of people to lead much more happy and productive lives.
