I cannot believe I was listening to this back in 09 ( 14 years ago) at the age of 14/15. I may have been the only person in Ireland aware of this band and EP at the time haha but the next EP put them on. I've listened to them here and there since but my heart sank when consider the sea started, legit took me back to 09/10 for a few seconds. Time flies!
I love remembering bands I use to jam to. This whole EP/album used to be my shit. God it's so good. Wish I could come across music like this nowadays 😍
SuperHalfAss1 the only ones I used to listen to were the last two. Taking back Sunday. Underoath. Saosin. Alexisonfire. The postal service. It's really hard to remember that far back haha but underoath was my all time fav💓
This came out when I was 10 years old. Now I'm 25 going on 26 and I STILL think about VersaEmerge and follow Sierra's different projects. I will forever be bitter that I never got to see them live though
This is by far my most favorite album by them. I really dig the space-like atmosphere it creates. I've been listening to this band for years but haven't really found much similar. Does anyone know of any albums which create a similar space-like ambience as this?
thx for explaning it... know hayley williams would say "Explain to me this conspiracy against me, And tell me how I've lost my power, How?.... But this huge genre switch destroyed their reputation as an more alternative oriented band.... hmmm :/
@@HowardWimshurst I'm talking about this particular video, not the actual album. I know how amazing the transition is on the actual album, but whoever uploaded this apparently doesn't know how to make the transition smooth.
Their guitarist/songwriter is a musical genius and the lead singer's voice is angelic and powerful
bummed out that they removed the ep off spotify

Kevin Sayarath I dig it too. I can't really remember other space like sounds with other bands. Circa survive is ringing a bell... yea?
Angels & Airwaves does a lot of space-rock stuff
Nothing like VE
Circa survive
I will always love this album. It's still ahead of its time

#4 is so hypnotic 🔥🔥🔥
I'm lucky I got to see them 3 times.
Was there ever a hard copy CD for this album? I'd love to get my hands on one.
There was! I happen to have one.
Lucky
The best saosin album versa emerge wrote.
I remember listening to a different version of Clocks. That one sounds more haunting. Just me?
This is the better version by far.
They redid clocks for their FBR release.
Why the fuck. did they take this off of Spotify?
IKR!!! 😡😡😡
Foda demais esse álbum!!!!!! BR
Que nostalgia 😢
They are so good! I only recently started listening to them, but I love them!! They're amazing!!
Sorry to say, they only get worse
A lot of VersaEmerge videos have millions of views...

Cuz not that many people actually have a good taste in music. :)
Had to go back here to relive the sweet sweet past, but then I realized the transition between the songs is utter garbage.
on the actual album they transition quite nicely. I think it has been clipped at the end / beginning of songs
