We stayed in building 34 in the Trinidad section and LOVED it. It is just around the corner from Spyglass and refill machines. The walk to the main pool was so much closer than what people say. Super easy to get to the skyliner as well. We had plenty of space for our tandem stroller by the door.
Thanks girl!! We’ll be staying her next Feb / March 2025 with our 3 girls!! I’m super excited and need one of these. First time at Disney for my hubby and two Youngest girls. I love the stool and sliding door for privacy in morning or nights to get ready!
That's a great room! Thank you for videoing and sharing! I love the sliding door, though I do think Disney should have separated toilet from shower to allow even more people access to things at once. Also, if you flip that coffee table the other way, when you open it, it will be table height for the couch that it was in front of.
Thank you so much for this video! We are planning on staying there in the fall for our vacation and have 3 kids so having that 5th sleeper plus the extra space will be great!! Plus my girls and I LOVE The Little Mermaid even though Ariel isn’t in there it’s still such a cute and fun under the sea vibe room!!!🥰
Love the hooks! We just stayed at Copper Creek and there were no hooks. Actually I think one in the bathroom that was it. These are essentially for bags, swim suits etc.
I love the Under the Sea theme! But yes, even just a pretty silhouette of Ariel would have been pretty! Even at the Grand- you've got a Mary Poppins image. It can be done! Take note Disney lol we love our characters!!! 🧜♀️
First of all, I have been enjoying all reviews especially since you have the toddler aspect to your reviews. Second, we are going to Disney in September with a 2 year old, a 5 year old and a husband. I’m struggling with where to stay. Out of the moderate resorts, would you put the Caribbean Resort Under the Sea room at the top of your list? My other top choices are French Quarter and Pop? There are just so many choices to think about! 🤪
I love the new rooms and im not talking about the paint job in the rest the of the resort! The new 5th sleeper rooms in the Trinidad section are wonderful and I wont stay there unless in the new section. :) ❤❤
Hi Bekah! Thanks for this video. Do you know if you requested a 5th sleeper room at CBR, you’ll get in one of these in Trinidad? Or are there other 5th sleeper rooms that are more outdated in other parts of the resort? We will be staying in a5th sleeper in September!
The standard view 5th sleeper rooms are located in Aruba, Jamaica, and Trinidad. So you will get one of those 3 sections ☺️ I would call several times leading up to your trip to request Trinidad if that is where you are wanting ✨
So we stayed there in Sept and loved it. Funny story I called to ask for the little mermaid room and they said they dont have them. When we got there my husband asked at the desk and they go, oh the under the sea room? Uh, tomato, tomahto??
I feel like this resort is a complete copy of the newly renovated rooms at all star movies resort. Its the exact same layout. So why do people pay double the price to stay here? The only difference is the theming
I’m so confused, why is Ariel no where to be seen?! We stayed here in 2021 when it was the Pirates themed room. While I like the more storage aspect, the pirates theme was much much better! Pirate room was more immersive and themed. Come on it’s a Disney resort, should be Disney!
It’s little mermaid themed, but for some reason they didn’t include Ariel 🤷🏼♀️ Not sure why that decision was made lol. You still have Sebastian and Flounder! So still very Disney themed ☺️
@@stephaniefhicks Yes, that is what cast members at CBR refer to these rooms as 👌🏼 Because these rooms aren’t listed on the website, they get called the the Little Mermaid rooms too 😉
I think the pirates room were better. More thematic and has a more fun feeling. The mermaid rooms are kinda bland and tbh there are mermaid at AOA that are way better and cost less.
Not a fan of Caribbean Beach. The new rooms look cheap like a value resort. And does anyone really want to sleep on a murphy bed? We're staying at Beach Club next in couple of months and can't wait to see the new rooms there.
Have you stayed at Caribbean Beach? What are your thoughts on these new rooms?! 🏝️

Yes! Building 34 is the ideal location in the Trinidad section 👏🏼

I love it. It’s so bright now
Agreed!

Yay! You will love CBR! Make sure to request the Trinidad section to get this room 😍
Such a nice room! So glad they have the sliding bathroom door instead of the curtain! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
Such a pretty room. That pull out step stool is so awesome for kids!!!
Right?! I wish the pull out step stool was in every Disney resort room 🙌🏼
Love the new rooms! So light and bright. They were so dark and dismal before.
Yes! LOVE how bright and airy these rooms feel 🙌🏼
Love the hooks! We just stayed at Copper Creek and there were no hooks. Actually I think one in the bathroom that was it. These are essentially for bags, swim suits etc.
I feel like they could have put an Ariel pillow or something small just to have her in there. I think it’s really cute either way!
Agreed, these rooms are adorable no matter what 😍
Such a cute update!
Right?! I love it so much! ❤️
Ok Ellie sitting on the couch looking a three-nager is insane 😂💖
I love the Under the Sea theme! But yes, even just a pretty silhouette of Ariel would have been pretty! Even at the Grand- you've got a Mary Poppins image. It can be done! Take note Disney lol we love our characters!!! 🧜♀️
Agreed! 😅 At least we have Sebastian and Flounder 👏🏼
@BekahHart yes! And the colors in the room are so pretty! Definitely a step up from the Pirates rooms!

Agreed! Love this new section! ✨
Hey Bekah great video! Would you rather stay here in the Trinidad section with this room or the Aruba with proximity to Riviera?
Because I love the updated room, I would pick the Trinidad section every time if I could ☺️
Will you do a video on how you got to magic kingdom from the Trinidad section?
Yes!! I do share that exact thing in one of the vlogs coming soon ☺️

Can I hook up a Nintendo switch in this room?
Hey Bekah do you know if all the rooms in the trinidad building are like this? Or do they have the traditional two queen beds as well?
Yes, this renovated room is the entire Trinidad section ☺️ Every other section of CBR will have 2 traditional queen beds.
I have a 7-year-old that is 48 inches tall. Would she be able to comfortably sleep in the pull down sleeper?
I believe so! My 4 year old had more than enough room 🙌🏼
So we stayed there in Sept and loved it. Funny story I called to ask for the little mermaid room and they said they dont have them. When we got there my husband asked at the desk and they go, oh the under the sea room? Uh, tomato, tomahto??
Isn’t that funny! They are VERY set on these rooms being called “under the sea” and not “little mermaid” 😂
😅 as someone who was new to Disney planning like help a girl out!
@@martym3890 Right?! They make it very confusing when these rooms are 100% themed to the Little Mermaid! 😅
What size is the Murphy bed? Double? Queen?
Queen ☺️
Would you be more likely to recommend Caribbean Beach after staying in this room?
I would recommend CBR no matter what 😍 The new rooms are a nice bonus though 👌🏼
I feel like this resort is a complete copy of the newly renovated rooms at all star movies resort. Its the exact same layout. So why do people pay double the price to stay here? The only difference is the theming
While I agree a lot of the Disney resort hotel rooms have a similar layout, you’re also paying for the amenities of a moderate resort.
Can you pick your section?
You can make a request, but it is never guaranteed.

My guess is because there are now 2 variations of LM (animated and live-action).
@@sandrayates4645 I’m thinking the same thing ☺️ Whatever the resort wants to call this room is fine by me 😂 It’s so cute no matter what!!
“Under the sea” theme I think is what they’re technically called

Love Beach Club! I have a room tour there as well if you want to check it out before your trip! ☺️
A Little Mermaid room with no little mermaid?? That's weird 🤔
