Yume 2kki - Shenanigans! [Events 1]

- Since I'm kind of 'done' with .flow, I decided to try Yume 2kki again. It didn't really appeal to me that much at first, but it's still really good. Here's some of the things I've seen and done. Lots of these are probably kind of old and/or done before, but I need to upload something, don't I!
Things in this video:
-The Tatami room in the Toy Block world, along with a weird shadow. Not sure what that thing is or if it reacts to anything.
-The Cloning Facility.
-The Penguin game. (With the penguin effect.)
-The Girl(doll?) and her razor blades.
-Dancing Gyroids!
-A creepy event in the bath house. (I had to edit the video for a bit because I turned off my fraps right before the transformation happened. Wasn't really paying attention. That said, I shat a brick when the guy appeared.)
-Mirror Urotsuki. My own clone!
-Fishes.
-The Grey Eyeball Shop/Store. Featuring Box Girl and Eyeball Masada! (And something else.)
-A challenger appears!
-Taking off my Spacesuit. While in space.
-A red baby crawling over train tracks.
-A dead girl hanging from a tree.
-A Mars-San like creature chills in the background while Urotsuki breaks it down.
-A blue boy/girl.

Is it funny that I'm still here in 2020 loving the classic RPG Marker games. Like even now I'm replaying all the Classics like Yumi Nikki, Ib (my favorite game of all time), Forest of Drizzling Rain and so many more that I could go on forever nameing. So I'm still happy to see so many people in the comment from so many different years ago. This love will never die out! :D
Yume 2kki's a great fangame.
I'm becoming obsessed again dammit.

cool video. it's been a while since I've seen 2kki. The tv added to the videogame dream is a nice touch.
Also, does anyone else think that Urotsuki hates herself?
I think she does, with things like mirror urotuki and seeing her own grave. (the grave hub door has her name on it.) and the things in the deep sea,(she blames herself for her parents breakup, etc.).
That'd be a kind of cool theme to build on in this game, imo.

Maybe I am wrong.
Because of these events, I want to play Yume 2kki now and experience it for myself.
the first event of this house was removed from the newer versions of the game and its now in another place i think...

If you take off the space suit at the playground, you can see Urotsuki falls and turns into mars-san..... when another fairy Urotsuki turns, it cracks at the end....😵

I honestly have no clue. There's more of those things in the bath house, and the folks on Uboachan have labeled them 'ruined geishas'. Kind of makes sense, considering the bath house is located in Japan Town.

うろつき Urotsuki could mean 'with hole', 'with diversion', or maybe even 'with condensation'. I'm guessing it's With Hole to echo Madotsuki (With window). With hole might even be a questionable reference to either the character's gender, or affiliation with Courtney Love, .... also suspect.
It could be that, though I prefer With Window as it goes along with the "wtf" atmosphere of the game. But wouldn't Window Moon be spelled with the kanji? まど月？
We think Urotsuki is actually supposed to mean loiterer or wanderer. Or at least, that's what one book in the Library says.
As good as explanation as I've ever heard. It fits too. Let's go with that.

I played it in Japanese, and I still got pretty far without any understanding of Japanese text whatsoever.

What you use to record this?
Do you know how to install it in Windows 7 Starter? I can´t install applocale and the game has got weird letters instead japanese letters, so sometimes it closes himself due to this. Do you know how I can install it without this trouble?

.Flow and Yume 2kki are fanmade games, based on Yume Nikki; .Flow is the most dark and terriying of the three, and Yume 2kki is suposed to be a sequel, but is fanmade too. Also, Yume 2kki is not scary, just weird. XDu
