You're 2,000 years late, John already figured it out, and prophecied the coming of The Messiah, that a Savior would be born amongst us, that's what he preached, that The Savior would be greater than he, that the kingdom of heaven was at hand. The Old Testament (Torah) prophecies about The Savior/Messiah, Jesus fulfilled, which the odds of a man doing them randomly even intently, is astronomical, only possible if the man was also fully God. Ain't no man more loved by believers and angels, or hated by unbelievers and demons, than He who art The Messiah, Jesus Christ of Nazareth. He was born a Jew, lived perfectly and fulfilled the law, by Him are we saved, by Him are we forgiven, He is the Jewish Messiah!

What is Micah 5 speaking about? Whose birth is it prophetically describing and which town is it speaking about?

You must master the "Child" Prophecy of Genesis 3.15 to understand the comings (plural).
In one coming Messiah suffers a heal wound, yet in another He crushes the head of the serpent.
Thus, the Good News as Paul writes, He suffered for us, He died for a New Covenant, and He rose again to come again "for us". Revelation 12 the great coming for us "His Body", Christ in us.
