36:06 as far as I can tell the telepike alter also crits based on the range like its normal attacks. So it will crit if the enemy is at te edge of the whirlwind, and normal dmg if you are very close to it.
35:21 Eye Blade was indeed killing loads of stuff, but it's a 5% chance to increase gear damage per kill. 5% on a biome with very few enemies like Incubator really hurts, and therefore that affix is much better earlier in the game since you're killing more enemies in the earlier biomes. If you didn't have the extra crit affix, the level 6 one with bleed should've been taken for the scaling.
Sick run, been wanting to see some Windblown gameplay and it's looking as good as I expected from Motion Twin. Fish Knife carried hella hard from the looks of it lol wp man!
