I went the parallel bars and there were some grandpas talking. One of them spoke to me in English. He asked the usual questions. Then he asked if I wanted to see something. He got on the parallel bars and started doing HUGE swings. I was genuinely worried because he was very old. Then he did a full, clean shoulder flip and kept swinging. That was the day i learned by calisthenics was better than weightlifting.
