I had crohn's disease and no longer resonate with the bs. I was diagnosed in 2010 and "thought" I had it this whole time, it was a lie. I am healthier than I've been in as long as I can remember, I don't drink soda, mostly only water and I juice organic. I quit taking opioids in 2015 and was on buprenorphine up until October 2023 (I've waited so long to be completely free of the poison and I feel amazing). I'm working on vaping/smoking currently, I've cut back so much already, really proud of myself. Love Dr. Dispenzas content.

Good for YOU! Titrating off suboxone is not easy. I am so proud of you! Well done. The vaping is next, and ironically it’s hardest in some respects bc you’re not really seeing/feeling/experiencing the health consequences…. If you can kick the opiates you can kick (do) ANYthing!
My biggest takeaway from this is my determination not to be a victim of my environment. That statement is so profound for me. I think everything Joe Dispenza says is profound but today that statement hit home 💯
62 year old female here. I have been meditating for years, Iv a good check on my thoughts, but I have stayed stuck in the trap of not being able to manifest no matter what I tried. I feel so blessed to have found your work. I was so focused on being present that I never felt the joy of the future I wanted. Today I sat at home waiting for wifi to be installed, they phoned at 4.35pm to say they couldn't make it, I felt the anger rise, and spotted right away, I brought my heart into peace & it was gone. I feel like a new person already, Thank you for the bottom of my heart, Joe ❤️
Delete the word *try* and all it's derivatives from your vocabulary and only do stuff or not do stuff . You will manifest when it's for sure ..... "Believe ".

Biggest takeaway.. watch for disturbances in my wellbeing.. keep track of how long I focus on anger..don’t fed it with my attention and stay in my wellness of gratitude!.. I am happy for no apparent reason..I own my happiness .. that must be gratitude!!💖🎉💖
This is an amazing journey...now I meditate consistently...and I see the results... I have been following Dr. Dispenze for some time... and I have peeled back the belief systems, I am aware of my thoughts, and I believe in possibilities... I have broken the habit of being myself... I am getting better and better and becoming who I am meant to be... I just want to attend a retreat now... and I know the Universe has conspired to give it to me... Since changing and allowing myself to understand that by grattitude and love I went from being homeless and blaming others for my short comings and being homeless for almost a year which btw was the best thing that’s ever happened to me other than my lord and savior saving my life from septic pneumonia, left lung collapsed after having a gallon of diseased 🦠 abscess, thoracotomy surgery and less than 20% chance of coming out of surgery. God blessed the hands of The team that saved my life. But once I saw that I am the only one that can make me happy with the power of God that is when I knew I was anything and everything I said I am and it came to pass.

At 32 mins in.. Joe mentions eating Chocolate... My Experience is its not the Chocolate or food I eat.. but instead my Beliefs related to eating Chocolate that Manifests. As a Clinical Hypnotherapist, my personal experience is when I give my-Self Permission to eat Choclate, or Ice Cream or whatever it Is.. I don't connect fear-based Beliefs, or guilt, or punishment to my eating Choices. Therefore I don't Manifest a neg-based response from my body-cells. I believe I have my Self-Image of my Body as I perceive my-Self to be, & my Body maintains my natural expression of my dominant Choices ongoingly. When not Conscious, I/we are operating on default mode... until we update/change our conditioned inner programming, to our current unlimited Choices NOW-NEW NOW. ❤ 😍 ❤

I want to believe and I do to an extent. However, claiming a tumor disappears from the energy is an extreme claim. Remember, the bigger the claim, the bigger the evidence needs to be. Would love to see such evidence, not for myself but to showcase how true this can be.
There are many medical evidence to such phenomenas. Not only by Joe Dispenza. He maybe has a testimonial video on this on hi channel. Also you can look into "Bruno Groening" circle of friends. There are Doctors and physicians who work with them and proof the evidence and medical papers before and after healing.
Wake up, if you "need to see" proof get out there and do your own research and fund the millions of people for whom it is true. Instead of whining and expecting everything to be given to you on a plate. Doubters never win, you have to have an open mind when approaching the healing process, in order for it to work.
There’s a psychological “understanding”, for lack if a better word, in stock trading that can and should be applied to everything in life: “Don’t focus on the money, focus on the process” In life, don’t focus on outcomes, you can’t control something that doesn’t exist yet, but you can control the process, because the process is now, in the present. If the process isn’t producing the desired outcome, you can adjust it, you can change it, that’s all you can do. Funny thing is, once you’ve discovered or created the right process, for the present moment, you will create the desired outcome, you will create your future. I believe to begin creating your future you have to take a good hard accounting of everything that is a distraction in your life, from technology, to entertainment, even to the people you surround yourself with. That doesn’t mean take all the fun out of life, it means you have to decide what is important to you. Dis-Tract: To take you off track.

I want to believe and I do to an extent. However, claiming a tumor disappears from the energy is an extreme claim. Remember, the bigger the claim, the bigger the evidence needs to be. Would love to see such evidence, not for myself but to showcase how true this can be.

There are many medical evidence to such phenomenas. Not only by Joe Dispenza. He maybe has a testimonial video on this on hi channel. Also you can look into "Bruno Groening" circle of friends. There are Doctors and physicians who work with them and proof the evidence and medical papers before and after healing.
Wake up, if you "need to see" proof get out there and do your own research and fund the millions of people for whom it is true. Instead of whining and expecting everything to be given to you on a plate. Doubters never win, you have to have an open mind when approaching the healing process, in order for it to work.

There’s a psychological “understanding”, for lack if a better word, in stock trading that can and should be applied to everything in life:
“Don’t focus on the money, focus on the process”
In life, don’t focus on outcomes, you can’t control something that doesn’t exist yet, but you can control the process, because the process is now, in the present. If the process isn’t producing the desired outcome, you can adjust it, you can change it, that’s all you can do. Funny thing is, once you’ve discovered or created the right process, for the present moment, you will create the desired outcome, you will create your future.
I believe to begin creating your future you have to take a good hard accounting of everything that is a distraction in your life, from technology, to entertainment, even to the people you surround yourself with.
That doesn’t mean take all the fun out of life, it means you have to decide what is important to you.
