I adore his music,bought the first chinese album,his first CD in 2000. Never heard of Lee Hom since couple of days ago,and was like amazed. Handsome multi talented genius ABC Taiwanese that can speak 5 languages and plays classical music and never gonna stop his running soar opportunity to become an international artist. God loves him more than anyone else. :-D

Kenny G's playing the soprano sax, which is what he's well known for. I play the alto and soprano and I have to say, the soprano produces a richer tone and such flat out sounds better.

I'm pretty sure it's a soprano saxophone. oboes don't sound/look like that. I play the flute anf the oboe. The oboe is usually made of wood (cheaper ones are plastic), black and has a double reed (double reeds have very small openings, especially the oboe - think about blowing through a coffee stirer.). The instrument he's playing is made of brass (FYI it's still a woodwind because he's using a reed).

i would think kenny feels weird only cuz e song is mostly showcasing vocals... so he doesn't have much chance to show his skills, except for the bridge. budden wat can u expect, this was shown on Zhong Yi Da Ge Da right? (if not then some other taiwan variety). so they would obviously showcase more of leehom. but i think leehom is so cool! he tried to do stylistic so that kenny didn't have to play the same notes repeatedly, so he have more room to express.
