Hes already strong enough but what if hitting his spike wall with his primary fire made it spikier and spikier, and after like 3-4 hits the wall would detonate, causing spikes to ricochet around. Might be fun as a Junkenstein morph next year.
This character made me have fun playing overwatch again. I was sure I'd take a break to play marvel rivals, but now I'll defintely gonna play in season 14 just to main him

His wall climb definitely needs some work. Feels very janky. But overall, he is a great character. Blizzard needs to keep adding characters like this: Characters that get kills through fun movement and cool abilities rather than raw damage like mauga.

I think a resource meter recharge rate slower would be a more fitting nerf, i think the block doing damage is a unique feature, and by reducing the resource recharge, would make the hazard be forced to use the block more wisely.
Don’t nerf him!!! Queen? Self heals! Rammatra? Makes armor! Self heals! Let the tank with an honest health bar frag out! If he’s Doom 2.0 without Doom’s self heal…wait for it…he should kill better than Doom.
I think his block should be put on a resource meter with a somewhat longer regen and maybe make his spikes home less, so make it so his block does its job as a defense tool, but he has to aim his crosshair generally over a person he is targeting for it to home in... Like it doesnt have to be too strict of an aim requirement... I feel like it'd allow him to pick and choose or single in on a specific person when there are multiple enemies in front of him
I think the best set of changes for Hazard would be: - a small buff to his left click - a small nerf to his slash dmg - a small nerf to his block % - a small nerf to his block dmg
@@sebastianrodriguez8992 It's 80 damage with the ability to shoot during it, and melee at the end again for 120 burst damage. His primary fire is only 67.5 if you hit all pellets (body shot). It's technically his highest burst DPS, not insignificant.

Because everyone is playing him, I have had a fun time actually being able to play JQ as she gets lots of wounds, and a slightly better shotgun than him. And DVA can match him, Mauga rolls over everything which is it's own problem. But into tanks with worse peel or more poke focus, he can just stampede past them, assassinate a squishy, and then get out with his block.
He loses to everyone. Doesn't have damage for rein shield. Rein can just turn and pin him when he jumps behind or block heals. Sig, orisa, hog, queen have CC and out damage him, mauga deletes him. DVA can keep up with him and matrix everything. Ram can votex him super easy to prevent his mobility. His peel is bad so he can't help against Winston dive. He's fun, but he'll be the worst tank in comp.
@@654789qwethis seems like a pretty silly take to me. It’s like saying Winston is bad because he isn’t very good at fighting tanks. He has enough mobility to get into the backline, enough sustain through his block to survive there and enough burst damage to quickly kill pretty much any squishy that can’t run away. I don’t think he’s like, meta defining but he seems plenty strong to me
@@654789qweyeahhh people keep calling him op or broken but every game I've gone up against other tanks is just miserable they can stun your block your movement can't help you escape a lot of situations queen can just run at you and never has to stop attacking and blocking in front of doom will charge his block so if his team pressures you into blocking he can leap in and block for a free punch it's wild

Just play Marvel rivals when it's new and exciting to then later come back for hazard when tank queues have gone down again
His block really reminds me of rammattra block. Specifically when he is ulted. It does more dps than rammattra ult, just a much shorter zone.

With how much mobility every hero has its hard to get value from spike guard without committing your other cooldowns.
i think spike guard should be reactive. you deal damage, you take damage
