The DA can be incredibly weak sauce when they try to rush for a conviction. Almost cost me my freedom over a false accusation, but unfortunately for them I not only spotted the mismatched story the accuser told...but I pointed it out to my Lawyer.
Two things will help you.
1. Get a decent lawyer.
2. Get smart.
