@@natbrookes85I don't blame her wearing a poncho on some water rides to be honest after i rode Tidal Wave at Thorpe park, it was an absolute soaker, too much to be honest, my clothes were dripping wet and had to have a full change of clothes, lookely i took my shoes off and wore water shoes 😂 but water rides are good fun.

Oh man I loved watching this Vlog. I took my 9 year old daughter to Orlando last October for her first trip and she had a blast, especially Universal Studio and IOL. This video just puts a smile on my face. Looking forward to seeing more of your adventures

were going in 2 weeks time to orlando florida and i cant wait this will be my first timew well our first time going to america there is so much to do in a day and you feel like your going to miss everything because its not a straight through walk its alleys and stuff to take you here there and everywhere and ALOT of shops that you will want to go into as going as a group i feel we wont be able to get to see everything together as everyone will want to do there own thing

Universal has changed so much last time I went was late 90s. All the old rides like back to the future, ET.
Love The Simpsons ride. Motion rides aren't my favourite but that one's a big enough screen to just not make me feel ill. I rode the bttf ride once which was effectively the same ride type and set up. But didn't like that as much
Yes, visited here in 2002...Back to the future, Twister, Terminator ( replaced by JBourne). Miss the Ghostbusters and Beetlejuice, Spongebob squarepants. Visited again 2017 & 2018...loved the Horror make up show. I had KC & the Sunshine band on Rip Ride it Rocket. But really the best thing about this park is the UHHN....with 6 rides open, 10 horror houses, a show, some scarezones...and loads of atmosphere with projections, mists, razzamatazz and music.

I went to Florida in July for the first time, such a amazing holiday and would love to go back to universal again
“Whatever you do don’t push the red button” but when you come to the big monster if you’re listening you’ll hear him say “push it now” you have to be the 1st person in your car to push it and you get a lot of points

I loved the back to the future ride! Was really sad when Simpson replaced it - know they have to move with the times but was just a great ride! Lots of memories

The shrunken heads singing ‘show me the way to go home’ is a homage to Jaws - Diagon Alley is where the original Jaws ride was situated.

If anyone is confused by the locker systems at Universal, there are youtube tutorials that explain pretty well. Note: Seaworlds and Busch gardens locker systems are very different to Universals system. Thus again i suggest watching a tutorial on you tube.

Hi guy’s! Just want to say a massive thanks for your vlogs, I used to be in a large Coaster Club way back in the 90’s travelled all over, Cedar Point etc! 94’ was the year of the Roller Coaster as you’ll definitely know, had to be at AT 6am for exclusive GMTV Nemesis opening ride, 7UP Shockwave complete with all the “Gladiators” characters from the hit TV Show, great times! We’ll you guy’s have rekindled an interest after many years off🤔 My teenage daughter has now persuaded me for a second trip to AT in less than a month! Keep up the great content and I’m so glad the days of carrying a large VHS camcorder on ride to get POV footage is truly over😀 All the best!🎢

3:20 There's a secret menu on there that lets you pick from like 50 songs or so. I've always enjoyed the coaster actually. You get NUTS airtime on it if you keep your restraint fairly loose. I've always loved how Universal has tons of shows all around the park while you walk around. I ran into like... 6 shows while there? Just in the pathways. The Mummy is basically the only "great" replacement for one the original Universal rides, sadly. It replaced King Kong, which was fantastic. Like ET in it's immersion.

One of the best times to go to this park. I.e. daytime whilst UHNN are on. Low ish crowds.....just 15 minutes for the main Harry Potter ride is very lucky or planned !! Lol.

Yes same here didn't think much of the JFallon SNL and F&F attractions. Quite liked the Simpsons ride though. MIB quite good. Mummy VGood. Looking fwd to Minions blaster and JBourne for my big changes.
Fun fact. A lot of the area you were walking around in around rip ride rocket/Louie’s Italian area was a lot of the backdrop for the Nick classic “All That intro! I’ve done filming locations.. and the soundstages around rip ride rocket were home to Nick studios where majority or Nick shows and cartoons were done 👍

Back to the future ride was excellent, I was lucky to have been on it. So much hype when it came out

It was fantastic, it seemed so advanced at the time.
Back to the future, king kong, earthquake, jaws all fantastic rides better than most they have now. Much like Epcot when they ripped out Horizons etc they ruined much of the magic when they lost classic rides and replaced then with inferior updated ones, you only have to look at the awful replacements for the original Journey Into Imagination, Figment deserved better.
Them trains on rip ride rocket remind me of the old ones of g force at drayton manor.
It’s the same manufacturer so they are very similar!

26:27 They could do a Zamperla disco ride in the Simpsons area and theme it around Lard Lad Donuts and have the track and side of the ride themed as half a donut or have the ride system itself a pattern of the iconic pink donut.

Why on Earth do you think they'd go to the work of removing songs to give you LESS options on RipRide? Surely takes away from the unique factor of that ride. I'd love to know the actual reason for this? Do you think it's a licence thing? Though I can't see why Gloria Gaynor would suddenly have a problem with I Will Survive being on a rollercoaster? 🤪 I'd massively appreciate if you could try and find out the reason for this whilst you're there! 😎 Hopefully it might just be temporary, as it's pointless giving you Genre Selections when there's only 1 per Genre haha!

Hollywood Rip Ride Rockit is not just one of the worst coasters at the Universal Resort it’s one of the worst coasters in the world, don’t know how you guys can like it……it’s a complete mystery lol

We absolutely love Universal. I agree US gets overshadowed by IOA but Diagon Alley is next level; could easily spend the best part of a day in there. Agree with Charlotte about The Simpsons ride; the only one that makes me feel ill.
I’ve never been to universal studios but I have seen transformers videos through RUclips and I really like transformers, I watched those transformers films for years and my love for it never gets old 😁

ET is soooo good!! Love that ride and seems like the park is going in the right direction with the kids area refurb.
I found Bourne Stuntacular really underwhelming, and quite a poor show. To me it felt like a bunch of bad effects and acting in front of a big tv screen. Wish they’d stick to physical sets and tricks, their older shows were light years better!
And Jimmy Fallon is one of the best dark rides there (with screens anyways)! If you’re not a Jimmy fan then it definitely could be weird, but it’s far from the worst ride at the resort. One of the only good screen-based rides.
