- Welcome to this flip through of my completed Composition Notebook Junk Journal...or art journal, or smash book, glue book....the list goes on and I'm still not sure what to call it. Perhaps Creative Journal is fitting.
I have enjoyed the creative freedom of play in this notebook which I filled over January, February, and March of 2022 using anything and everything.

I love the idea of the stickers from fruit and veggies. I’m trying to inspire myself to eat healthier and I think this would be a fun way to document that. Great flip through!

Loved this flip through. Really gave me some ideas. I journal all the time, but i have separate books for testing art products, making notes from videos, as well as just journaling my day to day activities. I love this book, everything right there together. It's perfect, that way you don't have to keep track of where your ideas are; they're all in the SAME book!
Yes it’s so freeing to have things in one notebook. However, I do have several other art journals and notebooks going at the same time! 😅
I have made journals out of composition notebooks. I like to decorate the front cover, and usually I pick a theme for it.
I contemplated covering the cover but decided to keep the comp notebook look with the black and white. I'm old school like that! 😜 I may go more themed as I continue the process.
I create junk journals but I have recently started a copy book like this one. And I do like the way you can create and express your feelings and make it your very own. This book doesn't have to be perfect its all about me. Love the video thanks for some really great ideas

Love the journal and your video. I actually started my own composition smash book smash in 2005. I had never seen a RUclips video. It was just a fun helpful way to keep track of my days and kill some time. Keep up the good work❣️

LOVED your flip through! I am currently working in my 4th composition journal and I LOVE IT SO MUCH! That sweet, sweet, crinkle the pages make is perfection. If you are not familar with Alisa Burke yet, you should check her You Tube channel out, she uses LOTS of composition journals as art journals and they are lovely. Looking forward to the next flip!

Are these cimp books listed from Amazon the same brand your using in this video?
I picked this brand up from my local Walgreens. Just make sure you get one that is Made in Vietnam for the paper quality. The ones I have listed are also Made in Vietnam. That’s the key! 👍🏼
