I knew I was going to love this from the second I saw it was a chin mounted GoPro, and footage of King Kong! But...I had zero clue that she was going to absolutely RIP that trail, FAST as crap, with zero fear! HUGE PROPS to both of you for sending that, and I know how much more sketchy that is in person! Great "no frills" video on a trail that most mortals have intentions of riding, but see in person and end up getting in a good hike instead. :-) VERY rarely do I subscribe after one video, but I'm making an exception. That was OUTSTANDING, and I'm anxious to see more! Something tells me from the few jumps, that it's going to be equally entertaining footage with you following her down some jump lines as well. Color me compelled......

Since I first saw this video with your grilfriend, I've seen you pop up on a lot of things, and it's cool that you're starting to get some recognition. Well deserved. Hey! Thanks, that’s really cool, and I appreciate it. It’s been fun, just being a Bike bum really. Arkansas was awesome, I really loved Leatherwood, what a gem! I even stayed a couple of more days thx to the shuttle crew! Would definitely come back I have unfinished business lol
@@ryanmrodriguez ... Haha, yeah I saw you guys eyeing up the gap over the lily pad lander!! Nuts! That looks SO MUCH more sketchy in person with death on the right, and a definite hospital trip if you come up short. There's a gap to square edge rock at Centennial's "RedRum" trail. It's beyond almost all of the locals...but a select few have hit it. There are some cool more natural trails at "Great Passion Play" in Eureka Springs, just down the road from Lake Leatherwood, that are also fun. But most of what we have is trail riding, which holds up to a lot of places. If it's long ups and long downs...God didn't grace us with that much elevation. There will be some 1,200 foot trails coming with the addition of a lift-assist bike park in the future, so we'll have roughly the "lower run elevation" of Whistler, which will at least be closer to a gravity experience. Just glad you guys came and didn't fire shots at our area. It's not Whistler, and it's not Moab, and it's not nearly the steep gnar of Windrock...and they've done what they can with what they have to work with. But...did you at least feel the "vibe" that the place has and the love for cycling overall? That's really the biggest goal.

Your distance from Chelsea and camera position helps to understand the features better than other videos. I’m binging Kong videos, getting ready to make a run at it in 2021, before I get too old haha. Cheers

Good to have studied it, but nothing really prepares you. Weather was unreal. We hit it during the eclipse by accident haha but it didn’t impact us. My buddy crashed big. Otherwise, we survived. This is Halloween. And yes! I took Kaylee and Jessie down it earlier this year in the spring time. But as far as a top to bottom with no stopping, pretty sure Chelsea’s got it. Not a competition though, I love Kaylee and she sent the double drop soooo deep and blew a foot off 😂😂
You guys would love the french alps if that's your taste in riding. Not so many big drops like the final ridge on your trail there, but loads of rock tech if you know where to look ;-)
