    These turned out so nicely, They have that subtle granite appearance. Have you ever tried spraying isopropyl alcohol after 30 mins or so or the first hour to cut down on bubbles? Also the gentle sparkle they have would be lovely in the tray, for canapés & martinis in the sun Thanks for sharing Claire,

      Heyyy Paul ... I haven't tried alcohol with this no ... x The AC100 is more noticeable with bubbles than this one... so I think the granite effect hides imperfections 😍😍😍

      Heyyy Anna .. you could absolutely yes make tiles for sure ! AC100 would be great for work surfaces ... only problem is ... at this stage Jesmonite HQ have not tested it for food safety xxx

    Thank you so much for your videos! I ordered Jesmonite 100 for now and if I like working with it, I’ll definitely try this one too! I want to create soap holders and as far as I can tell from your videos, this one would be waterproof enough for bathroom use! Thank you for your videos!

    Love, love, love it Claire. You mentioned that this comes in different colours - do the coloured ones have the black flecks in them?

      Heyyyy lovely, I just looked up the colours, they come in Brick Red, Old Terracotta, Cotswold Honey, Charcoal Black, Marigold, White Marble, Bath Stone and Yellow Sandstone and a couple more 😱😱😱 I have not seen the results of most of these .. BeadleHouse on Insta has used the Black and Marble ... ... but I dont think they will all have the black specs. In ..

    Your channel is awesome...I orderd jesmonite ac730 and recieved it yesterday but after all the research I am now nervous to try😅😊 (typical me) but can you tell me; after demoulding some say you need it to harden for 24 hours before doing the "vinegar bath"...and some say you can do it directly after demolding? Your advice? Thank you rgds Bianca

      Heyyy lovely .. I know they have a few other colours and effects .. I am not sure if they have the smooth option. You could do a top rub in resin as it was suggested to me also ... x

    I love your videos and the end results of all your makes. I have just bought my first batch of jesmonite and got the ac730, but I didn’t realise that I’d got the old terracotta colour. I haven’t used it yet but was wondering if it would colour with pigments x

      Heyyyy Michelle..... Thanks so much ! ohhhhh Teracotta is Saturday's video ! I made two pots using it ... I love it !! absolutely gorgeous stuff !! xxxx The Terracotta is already very very pigmented so I am not sure you could definitely darken it with Black or maybe the Red Oxide x

    Hiya Claire, have you tried isopropyl alcohol for surface bubbles on AC100/AC730? I've seen so many comments from people on getting bubbles put of Jesmonite in comparison to Resin. I cant see why it wouldn't work but im not experienced enough to know. I'd really like to hear your thoughts? Or have you tried this before? X

      Heyyyyy Lovely.. I haven't tried it .. but mainly because I have already been told it doesn't work x I think it works well with Resin because of the chemical reaction with the alcohol .. but with Jesmonite being a super fast setting powder base it doesn't have the same effect x Having said this .... I will give it a go 🤣😍

    I’m in the US and we don’t have any suppliers for AC730 ☹️. I found suppliers in other countries but the shipping costs out weigh the purchase. I really, really, really want to try it tho. Just trying to convince myself to order it. 🤦🏽‍♀️

      heyyyy S .... no sadly it is not available in the USA at all ... people get it through ETSY stores but it is ££££££ There is a stockist in British Columbia Canada who ship to the USA but again ... the shipping is probably the same amount as the product x

    I love this . I bought the AC730 in Portman stone just waiting for this mould . Can you mix the mixture with the jesmonite mixing blade or do you just stir

      Hi Maria, you can mix it by stirring, but the mixing blade is much more thorough, so you won't get patches of powder. AC730 is much thicker to, so it takes a bit more elbow grease!×

      Heyyyyy lovely ... I actually do not have a formula for it ... but .... 😍😍😍 there is an online calculator for it. If you Google 'Jesmonite Calculator ' you will see it pop up xx enter your water amount and it will tell you xxx

    Your work is fantastic and really appreciated for all of us, newbies 😅 I just have a question, maybe you’ll have the answer. My AC730 hardens super fast, like from the mixing stage. It never becomes fluid enough to be able to pour it into the mould. I have to push it down with my hands and in 2 minutes it’s already hard. I follow the exact 5:1 ratio on a digital scale, but doesn’t seem to work. With AC100 I always get it right. With AC730 never! It’s frustrating 😭

      Heyyyyy lovely, thank you so much ! I have absolutely no idea why that is happening I am so sorry ... I usually mix and pour within 5 mins still with the AC730 ... it has never gone hard like that for me .. it is possible you have a dodgy batch or one part is out of date ? I would definitely ask your supplier xx

      @@scripcariuana Hi, I have similar experience. I usualy have quite good consistency after a few seconds of mixing but before I can pour everything it into the mold, it’s hard. And as you said I also have to use my hands to push it down. Demoulded after ten minutes and its all set. Do you have any answer from Jesmonite factory?

      heyyyyy lovely ... thank you so much x that really means a lot ! xx and yes Epoxy can be poured over the top ... Epoxy Sticks to Jesmonite but Jesmonite does not stick to Epoxy x

      @@ClairesCraftyCorner ooo I’ve just done epoxy and let it set, and then layered jesmonite on it and they have bonded. Maybe I should give one of them a bang to see if it falls off. X I’ll let you know

      @@amethyst1826 reading one is like reading a clock. But you need to look oneline and determine your longitude and make it for your area.

    Hi ! What sealet would you recommend using now ? (the jesmonite sealer is no longer available, I can'y find it anywhere :( )

      heyyyy Heather I am loving the new ones from Elichem x Also Resin 8 have a protect it sealer .. havent tried it yet but will be soon x

      heyyyy Pedro .. you do not need it for AC100as it is not textured at all .. but I have not tried it for the likes of terrazzo :) x I could give it a go

      Hi sorry .. I just had to watch the video again .. Looks like I didnt even talk about it I believe it ended up being 250g Liquid and 1,250g powder for this pot.

    How much AC730 did you end up using for this pot? You mentioned the AC100 quantities but not the AC730.

      you're absolutely right .. I missed that off .. because I never quite worked it out :) I think the final measure was around 1,400g total ... so divide that by 6 to get one part xx

      heyyyyy lovely .. the liquid is Jesmonite Liquid ... you need the liquid and the powder x sadly water will not work x
